Hey Reader, This year has changed me - in the best way. Becoming a mom shifted everything: my priorities, my pace, and the way I want to show up in business (and life). For years, I led a growing team, developed programs, and poured my heart into helping women heal their gut and regulate their nervous systems. It’s been such a beautiful ride. But entrepreneur life with a big team isn’t always as glamorous as it looks. It’s hard work, constant management, and (let’s be honest) a lot of overhead. And with a new baby and hubby away working 1/2 the year... it just no longer aligns. So I’m simplifying. 🕊️ I’m coming back to a solopreneur flow: less headache, and even more heart (if that were possible - which I have learned is indeed the case, thanks to my daughter's arrival!) I’ll still be sharing gut health tips and nervous system education (that will always be part of my DNA 💫), but now it’s part of a bigger picture. This next season is about helping busy women and new moms step into their relaxed & wealthy era - healing their bodies, rewiring their minds, and creating lives and income that feel good.
