A personal check in....

Hi love,

I miss handwritten letters. When I was a kid, I LOVED being a pen-pal. I had many (including Mickey Mouse lol I wonder who actually wrote those letters!)

One of my best college gal pals snail mails handwritten notes - and she even goes out of her way to send them to me all the way down here in Panama 🇵🇦. That - feels like true love 🥲.

I love living at the equator - it comes with its challenges, as does anywhere in the world. But overall life here is tranquillo. 😎

However, though incoming mail is relatively easy, outgoing mail is near impossible.

All this to say: even though a written letter would be the "perfect" option, I'm settling on email - because email is my only option to ask:

How are you - genuinely - doing?

I'm in one of those seasons where it seems that every other day, I'm considering a drastic change.

But then I come back to feeling that - rather than burning it all down - my desire is actually expansion.

Transition.

Growth.

Flow.

This week, we onboarded my first cohort of Grounded & Gutsy - a 90-day high-touch group coaching nervous system healing program for women in business.

In hindsight, coming back from 6 months maternity leave and live-launching a BRAND NEW program might have been slightly delulu 🤪 - AND (not "but") I'm so dang glad (and proud!) I did it.

(shoutout to the best team ever - there's ZERO chance I could have pulled that one off without you!)

These incredible women are already diving deep into their fears and old wounds around showing up - and busting through the limiting beliefs that have kept them playing small and preventing them from being seen and living out their truth.

I'm honestly so dang proud of them.

Client K is a mom of 4 and is gearing up to press "go live" and show up vulnerably to sell gently used items online. (This is a whole new platform I've never heard of - think of a mom/best friend you adore just showing up and selling the gently used and heavily loved items from her family to yours...)

It puts me right in my feels to think about this incredible woman showing up as her true self and making an extra income to support her family in doing so.

Client J is gearing up to leave her hard-earned teaching career to follow her dreams and become a coach in a super niche industry.

She's going to help SO MANY PEOPLE and carve out a unique, uncharted path for herself.

How. Damn. Epic. Is. THAT?!

Client T is doing the inner work in order to build a community where people can come and feel safe, heard, and heal together.

Y'all...

This is how we change the world.

We heal ourselves.

We overcome the BS that the world has imprinted on us.

We rewrite our stories.

And we just.keep.showing.up.

Despite it all.

Because when it's all said and done - I REFUSE to look back one day and say: "I wish I had done more of what my heart desired - and less of what others expected of me."

So, Reader...

What is YOUR heart desiring?

👉🏼(A genuine question! Please hit reply and let me know! For anyone who replies, I'll send a complimentary Loom video with a mini-coaching session back - straight from my heart to yours.)

Zero expectations, just open hearts and curiosity about you - and your desires. 🥲

Think of this as our first "pen pal" exchange. 🥹

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Impromptuly yours,

Chelsea Haines

Hey Reader, This year has changed me - in the best way. Becoming a mom shifted everything: my priorities, my pace, and the way I want to show up in business (and life). For years, I led a growing team, developed programs, and poured my heart into helping women heal their gut and regulate their nervous systems. It’s been such a beautiful ride. But entrepreneur life with a big team isn’t always as glamorous as it looks. It’s hard work, constant management, and (let’s be honest) a lot of...

Hey there, So… my baby went on a lentil love-fest last week - breakfast and lunch every day. Well… let’s just say it didn’t go as planned. Straining, grunting, a very unhappy little human, and a SUPER stressed mama. 😫 Lesson learned: more fiber isn’t always better. 😅 But don’t worry, Reader - she’s adorable and feeling much better now! 💛 (her mom IS a poop coach, so - there's that 🥲) Here’s the thing: fiber can be amazing, but your gut needs the right type, in the right amounts. Too much too...

Hi love, A few weeks ago, I shared the story of how I ended up with poison ivy all over my face. Here’s the part I didn’t tell you: why I did it. It was the 90s. We were playing manhunt in the neighborhood when my friends and I came across a patch of poison ivy. I knew it was dangerous and warned everyone to stay away. They didn’t believe me. So, Reader, to prove myself, I did the unthinkable: I rubbed it on my face. The irony is, I wasn’t thinking about poison ivy at all. I was thinking: I...
